By using YavixaChat, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use YavixaChat if you are under 18.
Your responsibility
Random chat connects you with strangers. You control what you share and whether you accept a voice call. Never share passwords, OTPs, banking information, exact location, government identifiers or intimate material. Leave, block and report when a conversation becomes unsafe.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use YavixaChat for harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, scams, impersonation, spam, malware, illegal activity, privacy violations, hate or attempts to bypass bans and security controls.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Information supplied during signup must be accurate. We may restrict, suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or create safety risks.
Content and communications
You retain responsibility for content you send. You grant YavixaChat only the limited rights necessary to transmit communications and process reports. Normal chat messages are not intentionally stored, which means moderators may not have a complete conversation record.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience outages or end without guarantee. Features may be added, removed or restricted for security, legal or operational reasons. Do not rely on YavixaChat for emergency communication.
Paid services
Any future paid plan will display its price, duration and renewal terms before purchase. The current development demo premium control is not a real paid subscription and must not be enabled on a production service.
Disclaimers and liability
YavixaChat cannot verify every stranger or prevent every harmful interaction. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees and the operator is not responsible for user conduct, external recordings, losses caused by sharing information, or indirect damages.
