Community Guidelines
YavixaChat is for respectful conversations between adults. These rules apply to guest, account, text and voice use.
Do
- Treat strangers with respect and accept “no” immediately.
- Keep personal and financial information private.
- Ask before starting voice communication.
- Leave, block and report unsafe conversations.
- Use accurate report reasons and provide reports in good faith.
Never allowed
- Any sexual, exploitative or grooming behavior involving a person under 18.
- Threats, harassment, stalking, hateful conduct or encouragement of self-harm.
- Non-consensual nudity, sexual intimidation or attempts to obtain intimate material.
- Scams, financial requests, phishing, impersonation, spam or malware.
- Sharing another person's private information without permission.
- Illegal goods, criminal coordination or instructions intended to cause harm.
- Ban evasion, automated abuse or interference with security systems.
Enforcement
Reports may be reviewed by an administrator. Depending on severity and history, action may include closing a report, temporary restrictions, permanent bans, session revocation and disconnection from active chats. Serious threats or legally required matters may be referred to appropriate authorities.
Appeals and mistakes
Automated and human decisions can be wrong. Until an in-product appeal system is available, contact Support contact is being configured with the account email and relevant details. Never send your password or OTP.
